She was even available the day after Christmas when an ice storm had wiped out power to many homes in our area, and we had planned a showing 20 minutes away! I feel that most realtors would suggested that I reschedule, but not Sarah. She was also very patient with me when my “wants” in a new home seemed vague and changing. Never did I feel that she tried to persuade me one way or the other; but instead she educated me on certain types of homes and areas that I wouldn’t have known otherwise. I think the biggest reason I would recommend Sarah as a realtor is because she exceeded my expectations by proving that she was dedicated to doing what was best for ME, even when it meant we might have to walk away and ultimately start over in the search for a home. Luckily, because of Sarah’s strong negotiation skills and determination, the sellers and I were able to reach an agreement that made me comfortable and I was able to purchase my home! With Sarah as my realtor I felt like I was getting a whole team of people. Everyone in her office from Taylor the receptionist, to Mark Wagner the managing broker helped me along the way. Plus, Sarah was able to schedule my inspection at a great price and she even provided me a cleaning service. Then, Sarah shows up at my closing with a gift basket filled with essential things I was able to use that very same day to start my life in my new home; and she was even so thoughtful to include treats and toys for my dog, and that alone makes her a great person in my book!
